These terms sit alongside the Get Up Inside Terms of Use (https://getupinside.com/terms). Where they
conflict, the Terms of Use win.

1. The product
"The Skill" means the full download and any later update: the plugin manifest, SKILL.md,
the setup guide, every file in references/ and assets/ (tools, scripts, starter engine,
sound set), and the guide PDF, including any edited version of them.

2. Your rights
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Skill with no
end date. It stays valid after your membership ends. You may:
  (a) install the Skill in your own Claude account and on devices you use yourself;
  (b) adapt it for your own work;
  (c) create videos, images, voice and sound with it for yourself or for clients;
  (d) keep private backup copies.
One licence covers one person. Every person who uses the Skill needs their own licence.

3. What you create
Videos and other output you make with the Skill are yours to publish, sell and use in
advertising or client work, without naming us. You may deliver finished media files to
clients, but not the Skill, its tools, or project folders that contain parts of it.

4. What is not allowed
Without our written permission you may not:
  (a) give, sell, rent, lend or otherwise pass on the Skill or any part of it, in original,
      edited, translated or rewritten form;
  (b) publish it or make it reachable by others (code repositories, plugin or skill
      stores, cloud folders, file sharing, chat groups, forums, social media, communities);
  (c) install it in a team, organisation or project that other people use, or on another
      person's account or device;
  (d) run it as a service where other people create videos with it (apps, websites, bots,
      agents, automations);
  (e) copy its instructions, references or tools into your own skill, plugin, prompt pack,
      template, course, tutorial or any other product, paid or free;
  (f) rewrite or summarise it, by hand or with AI, to get around these terms;
  (g) use it to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models, or include it in a dataset;
  (h) remove, alter or hide this licence, your licence details or the hidden marks;
  (i) let anyone else download it through your account.
Third-party parts listed in NOTICE keep their own licences.

5. Personal marking
Each download is generated for you. Your customer ID, email and a unique licence key are
written into this file and, visibly or invisibly, into other files of the Skill, so any
copy found elsewhere (whole, partial or edited) can be traced back to its licence. We keep
a record of which download belongs to which customer (see https://getupinside.com/privacy). If your copy
is exposed by accident, tell support@getupinside.com straight away.

6. Breaches
If these terms are broken we may require the copies to be taken down and deleted, claim
damages (for example the licence fee for each person who received or used a copy), ask
who received copies, end your licence and account without refund, send takedown notices
to platforms, and take legal action. Videos you made lawfully before that remain yours.

7. Updates
Updates we provide are covered by this licence.

8. Third-party components
Parts with their own licences are listed in NOTICE. Software you install yourself (for
example three.js, Chrome, ffmpeg, Node.js, Python, text-to-speech services) is governed by
its own licence and terms, including the terms of Anthropic (Claude).

9. Your content
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you put into your videos (logos,
brand and product names, characters, fonts, images, music, voices) and for making sure your
videos do not infringe anyone's rights. Results differ slightly on every run.

10. Warranty, liability and law
Statutory consumer rights apply. Liability and governing law are as set out in the Get Up
Studio Terms of Use. If one part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
