Terms of use

These terms apply when you visit getupinside.com, create an account or buy a membership from Get Up Inside (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or paying, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The Refund policy, the Privacy policy and the Skill licence are part of these terms.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to create an account.
• Give a real email address and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your account or let others use your membership.

• Starter renews every month and opens up to 3 new full prompts in any 24 hours, and one skill of your choice.
• Annual renews every year and opens every prompt and every skill while active.
• Lifetime is a one-time payment for every prompt published at the time of purchase plus those added in the following 12 months, and every current skill with its updates.
• New members may get a one-time, 24-hour offer on Lifetime after their account setup. It cannot be restarted or transferred.

Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout. Creem processes payments as merchant of record, may add taxes that apply where you live, and sends your receipt. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Account → Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Creating an account is free. Free accounts can watch the sample videos and read the public preview of each prompt. Full prompts and skills require a paid membership.

While your membership allows it, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the prompts you open and the skills you download to make videos for yourself or for your clients. Each skill download comes with a personal licence file that carries your customer ID; the full terms are in the Skill licence.

You may not: share, resell, rent or publish prompts or skills (whole, edited, translated or rewritten); put them in courses, templates, other skills or apps; let other people use your downloads; use them to train or evaluate AI models; remove licence details; or use automated tools to copy the site’s content.

Videos, images and audio you create using our prompts and skills belong to you. You do not need to credit us. You are responsible for what you put in them and for following the rules of the platforms you publish on (for example YouTube’s policies on reused, repetitive or AI-generated content and on disclosure), as well as the rights of others (names, logos, music, voices, real people).

The sample videos show what the prompts and skills can make. Your results will differ: they depend on your story, voice-over, settings, the version of Claude you use and your computer. The sample videos themselves are ours and may not be downloaded, re-uploaded or reused.

Prompts and skills run in tools we do not own, such as Claude Code (which needs a paid Claude plan), Node.js, Google Chrome, ffmpeg and text-to-speech services. Their prices, terms and availability are set by their owners. We are not affiliated with Anthropic or any other tool maker.

We do not promise that your videos will get views, subscribers, monetisation or income. Any examples of channels or results are examples. What we do offer is a refund: the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee returns your payment if your videos do not reach the views stated there.

Do not use the site to break the law, to harm others, to make deceptive or hateful content, to attack or overload our systems, to get around payment or download protection, or to access other people’s accounts. We may suspend or close accounts that do, without refund where the law allows.

We keep improving prompts, skills and the site. We may change or retire individual prompts or features. If we stop a paid feature you rely on, we will give fair notice and, where required, a proportionate refund.

The site, prompts and skills are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit, lost views or channel strikes), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms. When an account ends, your licence to prompts and skills ends too; videos you already made remain yours.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without taking away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
