Privacy policy

Get Up Inside (getupinside.com) is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact for anything about privacy: support@getupinside.com.

• Account: email address, name, profile picture and sign-in method (email or Google), and a customer ID we create for you (for example GUS-00001).
• Setup answers: what you make, the worlds you chose, your experience with Claude Code and your goal, and when you finished setup and your new-member offer window.
• Membership and payments: plan, status, renewal date, order and customer numbers from Creem, amount and currency. Never your card number.
• Use of your purchase: which full prompts you opened and which skills you downloaded, when, your consent to delivery (see the Refund policy), your licence keys and the IP address of each download.
• Technical data: the security and session data our sign-in provider needs, and server logs (IP address, browser, pages, errors) kept for security.
• Messages you send us by email.

• To create and secure your account and give you what you paid for (contract).
• To take payments, renew or cancel memberships, and handle refunds and disputes (contract and legal duties).
• To protect prompts and skills from sharing and abuse: licence keys, download records, fraud checks (legitimate interest).
• To recommend prompts after setup and improve the site (legitimate interest).
• To answer your messages and send important service emails (contract). We send marketing emails only if you agree, and you can stop them at any time.

• Clerk: accounts, sign-in and sessions.
• Google: only if you choose “Continue with Google”; it shares your name, email and picture with us.
• Creem: payments, receipts, taxes and refunds, as merchant of record under its own privacy policy.
• Supabase: our database for memberships, licences and download records (stored in the Mumbai region) and private skill files.
• Our hosting server: runs the website and keeps short-term logs.

They process data only to provide their service to us. Some are based outside your country, so data may be transferred internationally with the safeguards those providers offer.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure (set by Clerk). The site also remembers small choices in your browser, such as hiding the robot for this visit. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• Account and setup data: while your account exists, then deleted within 30 days of closing it.
• Payment, licence, download and consent records: for as long as tax, accounting and dispute rules require (usually up to 7 years), because they prove what was bought and delivered.
• Server logs: up to 90 days.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data, object to or limit some uses, and withdraw consent. Email support@getupinside.com; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Deleting your account ends your memberships and licences.

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Secret keys stay on our server and are never sent to your browser. Membership data can only be read by our server after your sign-in is checked, and skill files sit in private storage, available only through short-lived links to paying members. No system is perfectly safe; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

The site is not meant for anyone under 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live). If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be announced on the site or by email.
